Christian Hatfield has more than 25 years of litigation experience.
He has tried more than 200 cases, from traffic citations, DUI, and misdemeanors, to major felonies, including capital murder, felony cases, and complex civil claims with trials lasting weeks.
Christian has worked for large, medium, and small firms, as well as government agencies and, have achieved successful outcomes in a wide range of civil and criminal cases, including complex cases referred by other lawyers and cases with mixed civil and criminal issues.
Jason C. Eley also has extensive experience in criminal law and spent eight years as a criminal prosecutor.
He has a great deal of experience with misdemeanor and felony jury trials ranging from violent crimes to major drug offenses, with a great deal of experience dealing with DUI and domestic violence offenses.
Jason has also handled contract negotiations, land use, and employment law issues as in-house counsel for government agencies.
He appears regularly in Southwest Colorado and Northwest New Mexico State Courts, including Cortez, Durango, Farmington, Aztec, and Southern Ute Tribal Court as well as New Mexico and Colorado Social Security Administrative Hearing Offices.
